Vu and I were hired to make a promo video for Candice and Mark of Mark Brooke Photographers. It is a great honor to be able to work with them. If you don’t know who they are, you are missing out! Check out their blog.

After a few days of planning, we had a vision of shooting in the hills with dead grass and bringing their couples there for the testimonials. I think we nailed our vision.

Something that Mark and Candice talked to Vu and I about was how important video promotion is to a photographer. Vu and I believe it is essential to any business to have video so that prospective clients can get to know the business instantly when they go to the website. This benefits both the prospective client and the business by saving time; if your client loves your video and they love your personality that they see in it… they will contact you and will already feel they kind of know you. If the potential client doesn’t like it, then they don’t have to waste time setting up a meeting; they can move on and find their perfect match. I think in short, a video makes a business more transparent when done right, it shows who you will actually meet and what they are like.

After watching the video I’m sure you will really know Mark and Candice much better.
