Bonny (Bonny is my wife for those of you who don’t know) just had a tumor removed. The doctor said it is 99% chance that it is benign but must wait until they look at it in detail to really say for sure. It was attached to her nerves in her pelvis so removing it was a pretty major surgery. They looked at all of her organs and everything looks perfect.
Thank you everyone who twittered, called and texted with your thoughts and prayers. It really means a lot to Bonny and I.
Oh… and it was pretty funny that the machine hooked up to Bonny said FAIL on it.

Thank goodness everything looks like it’ll be ok. We’re thinking about you guys — hospitals are never fun, but when it turns out to be good news we can deal.

i had no idea. i’m so sorry. i know the “not knowing” is the hardest part and when they tell you there’s a mass/tumor in someone’s body it’s soooo freakin scary. i hope all is well and her recovery is speedy. thinking of you both!!!

Oh I saw some of the tweets about this, but wasn’t too clear as to what exactly was going on. Sound’s painful, take good care of her! She deserves lots of TLC after all that! Get well soon Bonny!

Thanks so much for the prayers and well wishes for Bonny! She is recovering well. Still pain from the surgery but that is expected when they cut you. Tomorrow we find out about the results of the tumor.
