Kettlecorn

I LOVE kettlecorn!!!

Recipe:

1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
1 sprinkle of salt

Heat canola oil, sugar and popcorn kernels in a large pot on medium to high heat. Cover with lid and shake the pot constantly (this keeps the sugar from burning). When the popping slows to one every 1 to 3 seconds, turn off the heat and keep shaking until the popping has stopped. Sprinkle on a bit of salt. Let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
